Undefeated West Chester unanimous choice for first in Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II National Coaches Poll

GILBERT, Ariz. — This week, West Chester University was unanimously voted to first place in the penultimate 2019 Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II National Coaches Poll. The Golden Rams picked up two important wins last week over No. 5 Kutztown University and No. 10 Mansfield University to secure the first seed in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Field Hockey Championship. With their top seeding, WCU will bypass the quarterfinal round of the tournament and will meet the winner of the today's match between Kutztown and Mansfield in the semifinals on Friday.

Games to Watch

The Division II field hockey postseason kicks off today with start of the PSAC and Northeast-10 Conference tournament quarterfinals. The South Atlantic Conference Carolinas and the independent schools get into the action with games set for Friday.
